Heatup :
Upon completion of construction or repairing work, Glass Furnace is required to be brought into production with controlled rate of temperature raise upto its working temperature.
With the help of our high velocity gas burners, we can increase the temperature from ambient to excess 1250°C, with controlled increment of 1°C/hr.

Expansion Control :
During Furnace Heat-Up, its Refractory Expansion needs corrective in-time adjustment of the furnace steel work, to achieve stable furnace condition and its longer life span. Our qualified engineers have immense experience in providing solution of expansion / contraction of glass furnace, manually as well as with the help of electronic crown measuring equipment.
