To carryout the repair maintenance work of furnace and its refractories, Glass Furnace is required to be cooled down with steady and controlled rate of temperature decreasing from its working temperature.
With the help of our high velocity gas burners, we ensure smooth taking over from the furnace firing system and gradually cool the furnace down.

Contraction Control :
During Furnace Cool Down, its Refractory Contraction needs corrective in- time adjustment of the furnace steel work, to achieve stable furnace condition and its longer life span. Our qualified engineers have immense experience in providing solution of expansion / contraction of glass furnace, manually as well as with the help of electronic crown measuring equipment.
